Classification of AIA employees

1. Interns are usually college students or graduate students, who learn about the business and culture of AIA through internships. The main responsibility is to assist other employees to complete their daily work and learn and master AIA's business knowledge and skills.

2. Junior employees are grass-roots employees of AIA, outstanding talents selected from interns or experienced talents recruited from outside. The main responsibility is to complete daily work, including customer service, business processing, data analysis, etc.
