What are the jobs of extrusion workers in aluminum plants?

1. Firstly, the aluminum alloy rod is cast by melting, and then the profile is extruded. After passing the inspection, there are two treatment processes. One doesn't need heat treatment, so it can be sold after packaging. Another important thing is aging (precipitation strengthening), then surface treatment (oxidation, spraying), packaging and sales after inspection. This is an assembly line operation. The amount of aluminum profile is large, and the prospect is good.

2. Extruders in aluminum factories usually extrude aluminum ingots (round bars) through dies after heating. Each machine is divided into monitor, mechanic, interruption, front (adjustment) straightening, rear straightening and so on. The labor intensity is not very great, but many factories implement two shifts, one shift 12 hours, and the working hours are very long.

3. Generally, there are startup, clamping, straightening, interruption, framing, etc. Because aluminum generally melts at high temperature, aluminum extrusion is generally carried out at a temperature higher than room temperature, which is generally uncomfortable in summer, and the air in the whole workshop is hot. Winter is not very pleasant, because the metal in hand is basically metal, and the feeling of metal is generally lower than the ambient temperature when the temperature is relatively low in winter.
