Several people with me went straight out of the factory. After the initial test, they have to wait for all the interviews to be completed. After the second interview of all the leaders, it's finally time for the second interview. At this time, the number of people leaving has increased from dozens to more than 20. The second interview is conducted in the form of a speech, and you are required to introduce your abilities and how to carry out your work in front of all leaders and competitors. When I arrived, I confidently walked in front of everyone and started my speech. That feeling is really exciting, very exciting. I feel that my speech is very good and powerful, and the cadence is also very appropriate. This is almost normal. After I finished, the applause thundered. I think this is my performance. Actually, I was talking about enjoying myself. I can't remember what I said now, except the last sentence, "Although compared with the predecessors sitting here, I still have work experience." Because today's recruits are all experienced, and then there are marketers with long experience in medicine. There are only three fresh graduates, and those two are still related to pharmacy. You can say I'm under a lot of pressure. But I can't lose to them, because I'm not a rookie, as long as I have a platform, I can be better than them. When I first tried, I told my boss that although I was a fresh graduate, I would be your best employee in the future, and I finally stayed. After this interview, I was really exhausted. I have never met a company whose first test and second test lasted all day. I opened my eyes. When I came back, it was already 12, and I was starving.

Come back in the afternoon and have dinner with friends immediately. I haven't bothered them less with them these days. If only I could find a job. Just when we came back, I received a phone call from the company, telling me that I had been trained by the company 19 and brought all the materials. I'm glad to receive this call.
