5. For positions requiring household registration in Tianjin or Ninghe District, the household registration transfer formalities should be completed before June 2, 2023, and the graduates of Ninghe Shengyuan in 2020 should be postponed to July 3, 20231.

(3) No application shall be made under any of the following circumstances:

1. Persons who have been severely warned by the party or whose administrative record is greater than or equal to punishment during the period inside and outside the school;

2. Persons who have been put on file for review;

3. Civil servants and staff of public institutions who have been dismissed for less than 5 years; Persons who are found to have committed fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and public recruitment of public institutions and are in the prohibition period;

4. Active servicemen;
