3, watering requirements

The amount of watering needs to be determined according to the growth of orchids and the climate. Water 1 time every 2-3 days in spring and autumn, with an average of 1-2 times in summer. It is necessary to sprinkle water around to increase humidity. In winter, the temperature is relatively low. Generally, water is poured once a week 1 time. There are also certain requirements for water quality. Rain or snow water is the best, and tap water should be stored for 2-3 days before use.

4. Growing environment

Orchids require high temperature, and the suitable temperature is 16-24 degrees Celsius. When the temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, the orchids should be moved indoors, and the indoor temperature should be kept at 10 degrees Celsius. Orchids are afraid of direct sunlight and need shade in spring, summer and autumn. They can be planted indoors in winter under scattered light.

Matters needing attention

If you want to raise orchids well, the most important thing is watering, because this plant is prone to root rot if it is not properly watered, especially in flowering period, you must pay attention to controlling water, not watering too often, and the watering temperature should be close to room temperature.
