Due to the difficult conditions in Qinghai-Tibet, the Qinghai-Tibet Bureau is short of people all year round, and the Qinghai-Tibet Bureau often holds job fairs. China Railway Qinghai-Tibet Group Co., Ltd. is located in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, on the upper reaches of the Huangshui River. It governs the two provinces of Qinghai and Tibet.

On September 3, 2002, with the approval of the State Council, China-Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company was officially established in Xining City, Qinghai Province.
