Engineer's monthly work summary: In XX, I was transferred to the laboratory of the first resident office in the west section of the west transit highway as testing engineer. With the support of leaders and the active cooperation of colleagues, I successfully completed the six-month supervision and testing work in the principle of "strict supervision, enthusiastic service, fairness and meticulous". The work in the past six months is summarized as follows:

1. The resident office has actively purchased testing equipment and instruments, installed, debugged and calibrated them, and applied for temporary qualification on site. At the same time, the implementation rules and supervision rules and regulations of the test have been continuously improved, and various charts have been put on the wall and passed the acceptance of the provincial quality inspection station at one time, which has the test conditions for the construction preparation stage. While building the resident laboratory, supervise and check whether the contractor's entry test personnel and equipment meet the requirements of construction and contract and the development of all work, and require the contractor to establish and improve the quality self-inspection system, so as to lay the foundation for the smooth start of construction.

2. Before construction, firstly, according to the requirements of design drawings and specifications, the standard compaction degree of various raw materials, concrete mixture ratio, soil and lime soil proposed by the contractor shall be tested and verified, so that all indexes can meet the requirements of construction specifications and design drawings and provide reliable and accurate test basis for comprehensive construction.

3, material quality control, is the focus of our test supervision quality control, the premise of qualified products is to have qualified raw materials, which is my most personal experience in highway engineering construction, material factory certificate and the model, specification, factory date, etc. Inspection, contractor's self-inspection and supervision sampling control, investigation and re-inspection of suspicious materials are the main contents of our daily material quality control, and unqualified materials are refused to enter the construction site.

4, the construction process control, each subdivisional work or single project before start working, supervision and testing personnel to check the concrete mixture ratio, before start working, observe the workability of concrete at any time during the construction process, always keep within the scope of the design requirements, to ensure the internal quality of concrete, at the same time, the contractor and supervision to make representative concrete specimens, as one of the quality control indicators of the project.

Looking back on the supervision work in the past six months, the deepest experience is that to do a good job in supervision, we must be strict and serious and have a strong sense of responsibility. No matter how complicated the project is, as long as the supervisors can perform their duties in strict accordance with the construction norms and regulations, they can fully grasp the whole project dynamics and control the whole project quality. At the same time, supervisors have high professional quality, and can prompt each working procedure and every link in advance. It is of great help to our supervision work to nip the possible quality problems in the bud and prevent the links that may cause quality hidden dangers in advance, and it will certainly promote our work.

Although we have been working hard to do every job in a down-to-earth manner, there are still some shortcomings, such as poor on-site control and supervision, and confusion in filling in internal data. During my one-month work in * *, I mainly completed the following tasks:

First, in the first two weeks, due to the needs of the current website work, the master instructed me to learn asp while being familiar with the working environment, and spent two weeks systematically learning this unfamiliar asp language, laying a solid foundation for the next month's work.

Second, the next time, mainly with the asp background management system before the website, optimize some functions and maintain the system. When completing these various functional requirements, I have conducted in-depth analysis and research on the background management system, so I am very familiar with the sales management module and put forward many constructive ideas for the background design of new website development. After that, the addition and optimization of voting items, the statistical query and correction of voting results, the management of logo and banner, and the generation of text files in logo management module were completed. It also completes the improvement of background information query in customer service management module and query function in enterprise management and personal management module. During the period, some functional errors were fixed, such as the pictures of campus recruitment management could not be uploaded, the article categories could not be modified, and the articles could not be deleted.

3. At present, the new version is developed by jsp. In this month, I further studied java and jsp and learned about mvc pattern development. In this stage of learning, I take the development of a small business system as my learning task. At the same time, the current popular jive code and development ideas are preliminarily studied.

4. As a system development and maintenance worker, you can't ignore the study of database knowledge. During this time, I have further studied sql statements, analyzed the query of sql statements, and paid more attention to the knowledge learning of database performance analysis and adjustment. Through this stage of learning, these knowledge and methods can be applied to the speed optimization function of member query in the background management system, which can be applied in practice.
