Other job interviews are conducted in a structured way, with a full score of 100 and a reply time of 15 minutes, which mainly evaluates the comprehensive qualities of the candidate, such as language expression ability, logical thinking ability, organization and coordination ability, adaptability, interpersonal skills and manners.

According to the percentage system, the full score is 100. Take on-site scoring and publish it on the spot. Seven examiners grade the candidates according to the grading standard, excluding the highest and lowest one in the examiner's grading, and the final average score is divided into the interview results of the candidates (the interview results are reserved to two decimal places).
