Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination may not apply for other positions.

those who failed the preliminary qualification examination during the registration period (before 17: on March 24th, 223) can change their posts or modify their registration information and resubmit their application.

those who fail the preliminary qualification examination after the registration time (after 17: on March 24, 223) can modify the information and submit the registration application before 12: on March 25, 223, but they are not allowed to change their posts.
