(1) General examination conditions

4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year.

5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

(2) Two-subject exemption conditions.

Meet the registration conditions stipulated in document Guo Fa [2002]11,and obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate of construction enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction before February 3, 2003.
