1. Register online. Log in to the "Qingdao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" (), select the "Special Column" and "Public Institution Recruitment" columns, click "Online Registration", and enter the online registration system (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration System") to register.
(1) After entering the registration system, applicants must first register with the system and set a login name and password.
