Production, installation and maintenance of three-sided billboards.

1. Foundation bracket: Three billboards should be installed on solid metal brackets or the walls of buildings. The foundation bracket is designed and manufactured by the buyer, and the compressive strength and wind resistance of the bracket are required to be strictly calculated, so as to meet the compressive requirements of the metal bracket and the three-sided billboard on the foundation and meet the wind resistance requirements of the local maximum wind force. If three billboards are installed on a metal bracket, the back of the bracket should be completely closed with an iron plate to avoid the light on the back from affecting the picture effect.

Requirements for manufacturing accuracy of foundation support:

A. the beam should be horizontal and the column should be vertical.

B the unevenness should be less than 10 mm in the length direction of the picture and 20 mm in the height direction of the picture.

Manufacturing strength requirements of foundation support: the lower beam is a load-bearing structure supporting the weight of three billboards, and the elastic deformation of each point connected with three billboards shall not exceed 2 mm

Special reminder: the design and manufacture of foundation support should be carried out by professional and technical personnel with grade qualifications.

2. Installation steps: according to the size requirements, first install the lower outer frame (the inner angle of the outer frame is required to be 90 degrees) and fix it on the bracket, then connect the left and right outer frames with the upper and lower frames, and finally install the triangular prism picture.

3. Change the picture: first turn off the power supply, lift the prism up by 20 mm, and then move the prism laterally from the bottom, and the upper end of the prism will automatically detach.

Pictures are usually sticky notes pasted with adhesive tape, which can be cut into several pieces with the width of 140mm, and then pasted on the triangular prism in turn after numbering (in the process of disassembly and movement, the triangular prism cannot be strongly impacted to prevent permanent deformation of the triangular prism, and the deformed triangular prism will lead to operation failure).

Turn off the main power supply before starting maintenance and opening the frame with mechanical devices.

1. gear: the steel gear between the motor and the transmission spindle should be lubricated once every six months.

2. Plastic gear: The cam plate in triangular prism transmission is made of synthetic material, which has self-lubricating function and does not need to add any lubricant.

3. Screen frame cleaning: clean with low-pressure water spray gun, and then dry (do not clean in frost season).

Picture making and lighting: In addition to bare cards and basic brackets, three-sided billboards also involve picture making and lighting.

B. Generally, a set of lamps is set every 2-2.5m, and the floodlight with high color temperature of 250W-400W is selected according to the height.
