Open recruitment procedures:

This recruitment will adopt online registration.

1. Registration and registration

Time: 9:00 on May 20, 2022 to 17:00 on May 28, 2022.

Applicants must log in to the open recruitment registration platform (/web/account_info/toLogin.html) to register their personal information (upload their electronic photo, recent bareheaded, front-facing ID photo, jpg format, photo within 30k, Not larger than 128*180 pixels, not smaller than 80*110 pixels), select a position to register (only registration without registration is invalid), each person is limited to one position. Fill in the registration form and relevant material information truthfully and complete the integrity confirmation. Late registration and registration will no longer be accepted. Applicants can change their applied positions during the registration period, and each recruiting unit will not conduct preliminary review for the time being.

2. Preliminary qualification review time: 9:00 on May 29, 2022, 15:00 on May 30, 2022.

The recruiting unit will conduct a preliminary review of qualifications for the positions finally selected by the applicants. Those who fail the preliminary review will provide online feedback and indicate the reasons. During this period, the registration system will not be open to applicants.

3. Announce the positions that will not be open for examination and the positions that will be reduced

For positions where the number of applicants is less than three times the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be canceled or reduced as appropriate. Professional positions in short supply are not subject to the minimum examination opening ratio. The positions to be reduced will be announced on the website of Hangzhou Municipal Health Commission - Personnel Information Public Institution Examination Column (/web/account_info/toLogin.html) and Gongshu Portal - Government Information Disclosure and Government Affairs Announcement Personnel and Talent Column (/).

4. Online inquiry and modification

Time: 9:00 am on June 1, 2022 to 16:00 on June 2.

Registered applicants can log in to the recruitment registration system to check the results of the preliminary qualification review. Those who pass the preliminary qualification review cannot apply for other positions; those who apply for positions that are not open for examination and those who fail the preliminary qualification review can change their application online and accept the preliminary qualification review. The deadline for change is 4:00 pm on June 2, 2022. Those who fail to change their application in time will be deemed to have automatically given up their application.
