Since the establishment of the High School Affiliated to No. 3 Middle School, building an excellent teaching staff has been a top priority. In 2008, the Municipal Education Bureau attached great importance to this and specifically allowed our school to recruit teachers who have taught for more than three years and are under 40 years old from schools directly under the municipal government.
