The procedures required by the packaging tape manufacturer are as follows:

1. The production license application form with uniform format must be filled in quadruplicate and submitted to the business office of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

2. Provide business license of enterprise legal person, routine (type) test report, environmental protection and health certificate, etc.

3. After all materials pass the preliminary examination, the business department will report the application materials to the Quality Department of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and the Municipal Bureau will arrange the preliminary examination and inspection in a unified way.

4. The application materials shall be submitted to the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision after the preliminary examination by the Municipal Bureau.
