What makes you reluctant to quit your present job?

It may be because the economic development is not good this year and the company's profits are relatively small, so many enterprises have been deducting the wages and benefits of their employees. Several friends quit their jobs because they couldn't stand it, and the boss didn't pay them. In fact, the salary of our company has not been paid for three months, but I can't be as free and easy as they are, patting my ass and leaving. I believe many friends have the same situation as me. What do you think is the reason why you don't want to quit your present job? Welcome to share your opinion at the bottom of the comment section.

I can't quit my job because I've been in the enterprise for too long.

Here is my perspective to talk about why I don't want to quit my present job. First of all, I still have some feelings for this company. After all, I came to work in this company after graduation and have been working for more than ten years. Colleagues have a tacit understanding and get along well. I must have some feelings after staying in the company for more than ten years. I suddenly feel reluctant to leave.

2. Unwilling to change jobs and adapt to the new environment.

I thought about leaving my job for a while, but leaving my job means you need to find a new job, because I am in sales. If you resign, you can only choose between the original industry and other industries. If the original industry is fine, the adaptation time will not be particularly long. However, if I am engaged in other industries, I need to start over, go to a strange company, adapt to the environment and work with my colleagues. I feel very troublesome, and I am unwilling to accept new things at this age. I always feel that job-hopping is a matter for young people, and I really can't jump at this stage.

3. If resigning means that there may be no income in the future.

Unwilling to resign has a very real problem, which is income. Although the salary has dropped a little this year, one month 1 ten thousand is still very casual. If you resign now, it means that you may have no income in the future, unless you have found a new job when you leave, but it is difficult for both parties to achieve the same salary. If you want to find a job with better pay and higher salary, but if the new job is not as good as our previous one, I will regret it. And as an adult, the expenses at home are particularly large. If I have no income for a while, it means spending my old money, which is a great pressure for us. So I'd rather stay in the original environment and get a fixed salary. Although my life is still the same, I am still stable.
