Those who meet the employment conditions shall be issued a Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions by the competent recruitment department, and the personnel to be hired shall go through the relevant transfer and dispatch procedures with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions, and the recruiting unit shall sign an employment contract with the employed personnel according to regulations. Candidates who fail to report within the specified time are deemed to have abstained.
The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and the minimum service period of the newly hired personnel in the recruiting unit shall be 3 years (including the probation period). If the probation period is unqualified, the employment contract shall be terminated.
