According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Resettlement of Retired Soldiers, the people's government supports conscripts and non-commissioned officers who have served in active service for less than 12 years to quit active service. What is the establishment of the organization? It is determined by the organization itself, not by the identity of the demobilized noncommissioned officers. A noncommissioned officer who has completed 12 years conforms to the resettlement policy, but it doesn't decide whether you have a post or not.
