Metering water meters include meters, and the property rights belong to urban public water supply enterprises, which are responsible for the maintenance and management, and the property owners are responsible for the maintenance and management of users' water facilities.

The water meter replacement process is as follows:

1. Use adjustable wrench and water pipe tongs to loosen the movable joint connecting the two ends of the water meter with the water pipe joint and its related accessories, and remove it;

2. Wrap some raw materials around the water pipe joint. The winding thickness of the raw material belt must be sufficient, otherwise the joint position will be easy to leak in the later stage, and it will be very troublesome if it needs to be reworked and reconnected;

3. Connect the two movable joints of the new water meter with the water pipe joint, and fix the connection position firmly with related accessories. When connecting, do not connect the two movable joints of the new water meter upside down, otherwise the new water meter will not be installed normally.

(seven) unauthorized removal, modification or relocation of urban public water supply facilities.
