Four. working procedure
1. Recruiters
1) Each department needs to add employees due to production needs, and submits a written application to the personnel supervisor, who will formulate the recruitment conditions and the number of employees according to the actual situation and send them to the manager for approval.
2) After the manager's approval, the personnel department will issue a job advertisement for social recruitment.
3) The candidates are taken to the Personnel Department by the security personnel, and the supervisor or clerk of the Personnel Department will conduct an interview to verify the valid certificates such as ID cards.
4) Applicants should truthfully fill in their resumes, educational background, whether they have committed any criminal acts before entering the factory and their detailed addresses.
5) The personnel department shall examine the identity and background of the personnel who will be engaged in important positions (such as transportation, warehouse management, handling, etc.). With the help of the public security department, you can only take up your post after verification.

4. Employees who leave the factory
