Make an appointment for an interview I waited for five minutes, which was within my acceptable range. But the TV in their lobby has international TV programs, which makes me a little overwhelmed and the voice is not low.

While waiting, I saw that all people who want to enter any comment room must use their own access cards, including toilets. I don't think this is the embodiment of humanized management.

Then two interviewers came out. At first glance, it basically belongs to the HR department. One is smaller, it should be the one on the phone, and the other is older, estimated to be over 37 years old. Rushing into the conference room made me feel the atmosphere here, at least the atmosphere of the interview, a little impetuous and anxious. In the back, there is a small conference room. I have seen many interviews, and this interview conference room is the smallest, with a small table and four chairs. There is no other space.

There is no self-introduction of any interviewer.

It makes me uncomfortable to ask me interview questions directly before I finish. When asking me questions, both of them were basically reading resumes. Printing a resume is like printing two copies on A4 paper, not the front and back. So, the words on it are very small. This makes me feel that this company is stingy and directly inhuman. Such a small word, anyone needs to pay careful attention to see it clearly. Besides, they are both like this. I don't know how their eyesight is, but I can see that they are both trying to see.

One of them asked three interview questions and didn't know what to ask. Just see if the other person has anything to ask. The other one asked a random one and changed people. After that, it is such a state of asking casually. I didn't know what they wanted to know, whether it was my internship experience, my major or my idea, so I asked them where they wanted to go. I can't ask any more questions. Ask me what I want to know. I thought it was over and asked my question.

As a result, after my questioning session, he continued to ask me.

I was very anxious to send me away after it was over. There is no pause for a second.

In this way, the good impression of the past is gone. I know. I'm just visiting. If I am lucky and have a chance, that is the best. In fact, this assumption is extremely impossible.

After coming out, I looked at the time and solved all the problems in 20 minutes. I know they won't consider me any more than I will consider their internship position.

After I came back, I analyzed that their interviews were basically unprepared and recorded. The way you ask questions, you can't tell what faction it is, and you can't tell it's bahavior. Interview, no stars, nothing else. This recruitment team is really bad enough.

Of course, I also have something I haven't done enough:

First, the self-introduction in the interview is not quite in line with my style. Although today's self-introduction is not bad, I didn't give full play to my strength;

Second, when answering questions, I pay more attention to the use of STAR;

Third, the questioning session exposed my further idea: to stay.

When I came out, I found that the bank was shrouded in the shadow of Citigroup. I think, if it is such a recruitment and HR team, then they need to be overshadowed by Citigroup for some time.
