1. Recruitment Scope and Conditions
(1) Possessing the Chinese characteristics People's Republic of China and nationality;

Personnel who have been criminally punished or dismissed from public service, and those who have been found to have serious disciplinary violations and are not allowed to apply for civil service recruitment and public recruitment in public institutions, cannot apply; non-fresh graduates who are studying in full-time ordinary colleges and universities cannot apply. Graduates, active military personnel, and persons in other circumstances prohibited from employment by law are not allowed to apply. Applicants cannot apply for positions with which they have a kinship relationship that should be avoided.
If the recruitment position has clear requirements for work experience, applicants must provide corresponding work experience certificates. Social practice, internships, part-time work, etc. performed by college graduates while in school are not considered as work experience. The number of years of work experience is accumulated based on full years, with April 20, 2014 as the deadline.

3. Registration time and method
(1) Individual registration

Applicants log in to the registration website, truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information as required. Each person is limited to applying for one position. Applicants can modify their registration information while their qualifications are pending review, and the last one will automatically replace the previous one. The waiting period for review is 2 hours, starting from the completion of submission of registration information. If an applicant maliciously registers registration information, disrupts the order of registration, etc., his or her qualifications for this application will be canceled after verification and will not be allowed to participate in open recruitment by public institutions for five years.
(2) Unit preliminary review

According to the standards approved by the provincial price department, the examination fee is charged at 40 yuan per person per subject.
After the registration is completed, for recruitment positions where the number of applicants does not reach the specified ratio, if it is planned to recruit one person, the recruitment position will be cancelled; if it is planned to recruit more than two people, the number of recruitments will be reduced accordingly according to the specified ratio.
Applicants who intend to enjoy examination fee reduction or exemption are not required to pay online. After passing the review, they can personally or entrust others to go through the on-site confirmation and exemption procedures according to the designated date, place and procedure. (4) Qualification review
The qualification review for open recruitment of staff by provincial institutions runs through the entire recruitment process. Applicants who enter the interview must submit relevant certification materials to the recruiting unit according to the requirements of the recruitment position; personnel applying for grassroots service projects who apply for targeted recruitment positions must also provide certification materials for relevant grassroots service projects. IV. Exam content and methods
The exam is divided into a written test and an interview, both of which use a hundred-point system to calculate scores.
(1) Written examination
The written examination is divided into three categories: comprehensive, health and education according to different majors, and each category is tested in one subject.
The content of the comprehensive examination is basic public knowledge, including basic knowledge of laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current affairs policies, scientific and technological knowledge, provincial conditions and provincial conditions, and comprehensive writing; the content of the health examination is basic knowledge of public affairs and There are two parts of basic knowledge of medical and health professions, accounting for 30% and 70% of the entire test score respectively. The basic professional knowledge part is divided into five categories: medical treatment, pharmacy, laboratory testing, traditional Chinese medicine and nursing. The content of the education examination is public knowledge. and teaching basic knowledge (including pedagogy, psychological knowledge and professional knowledge), accounting for 30% and 70% of the entire test score respectively. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, a minimum passing score line is set for the written examination, which is determined by the public recruitment authority of the provincial public institutions based on the job recruitment plan and written examination results.
The written examination shall be conducted in the form of unified examination, unified standards and unified marking.

(2) Interview
Interview for open recruitment of supervisors in provincial institutions Under the guidance of the agency, the recruiting unit or its competent department will organize and implement the interview plan according to the record. Candidates for interviews will be selected in proportion from the applicants who have reached the passing score line of the written examination, according to the recruitment position and the number of recruits, from high scores to low scores, and will be announced to the public in accordance with prescribed procedures. If the interview candidate fails to submit relevant materials to the recruiting unit 3 days before the interview, it will be deemed as a waiver. Those who do not meet the application requirements after review will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by abstention or disqualification will be filled in equal amounts according to the results of the written examination. If the number of people who pass the written test is vacant and there are vacancies, recruitment will be cancelled; if the recruitment ratio cannot be reached, the number will be determined based on the actual number of qualified people.
After the interview, the total test score will be calculated based on the proportion of written test scores and interview scores each accounting for 50%. The written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores will be calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa will be rounded off. Based on the total score of the examination, candidates will be determined to enter the scope of physical examination. For positions where the number of interviewees who fail to meet the specified ratio can be set, a qualifying score for the interview can be set, and those who meet the score will enter the scope of the physical examination. If candidates from the same recruitment plan are tied in terms of overall scores, the candidate will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low.
5. Assessment and physical examination
According to the recruitment position, based on the total test scores of the candidates, from high scores to low scores, the proportion of no less than 1.2 times the number of recruits will be determined to enter the assessment and physical examination. Select candidates within the scope and organize physical examinations in equal amounts in sequence. The recruiting unit or its competent department should set up a working group for physical examination to be specifically responsible for the physical examination. Depending on actual needs, either an assessment or a physical examination can be organized first. In principle, physical examinations should be conducted in provincial hospitals. Physical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented with reference to the general standards for civil servant recruitment physical examinations. If the state has other regulations, such regulations shall prevail. Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and location will be deemed to have given up automatically. If a re-examination is required according to regulations, it will not be conducted at the original physical examination hospital. The re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results will be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. The assessment can be carried out in a variety of ways according to the requirements of the job conditions. It should focus on ideological and political performance, moral character, business ability and work performance, etc. It should also check whether the applicant meets the prescribed job qualifications and whether the relevant information and materials provided are true and accurate. Wait for review. The assessment and physical examination working group must seek truth from facts, evaluate the subjects being assessed comprehensively, objectively and fairly, and write down written assessment opinions. The vacancies caused by giving up the physical examination qualifications or failing the assessment or physical examination can be filled in equal amounts in sequence from those who enter the physical examination scope for the same position.
6. Public announcement of employment
For candidates who have passed the examination, assessment, and physical examination, the public recruitment authorities of the provincial institutions will make a unified announcement. The announcement period is 7 working days. No replacement will be made after the list of proposed personnel is announced. After the expiration of the public notice period, if there are no problems or the reported problems do not affect the employment, the employing unit or its competent department shall put forward employment opinions and report them to the provincial public institutions' public recruitment authorities for filing procedures. If the reported problems affect employment and are verified, the employee will not be hired. Those who meet the employment conditions will be issued a "Recruitment Notice for Public Institution Recruiters" and go through relevant procedures with the "Recruitment Notice for Public Institution Recruiters". The employing unit and the employed person shall sign an employment contract in accordance with regulations and establish the personnel relationship. The employed personnel shall be subject to a probation period system in accordance with regulations. Those who are qualified upon expiration of the period shall be formally employed, and those who are unqualified shall be terminated from the employment contract.
7. Others
The unified examination for public recruitment of junior positions in provincial institutions does not specify examination materials and tutoring books, and does not hold, nor authorize or entrust any institution to hold, examination tutoring training courses.
Unfinished matters regarding the unified examination for open recruitment of entry-level positions in provincial public institutions shall be determined in accordance with the "Notice on Issues Concerning the Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Public Institutions in 2014" by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (Lu Renshefa [2014] No. 14) shall be implemented.
