Air China interview
There is no big market before the Olympics, but it will reverse after the Olympics.
A few years ago, I took an Air China flight from the United States to China. I think it's the worst of all airlines flying from Chinese mainland to China.
Let's not talk about the service attitude of the stewardess. The catering and entertainment programs on board are really not so good.
I hope it can improve now.
These outsiders watch Air China. . .
What I want to describe below is my views on Air China in recent years-choose Air China and choose the World Wide Web.
-On-the-spot report of route network of Air China Southwest Branch.
Air China Southwest Branch actively promotes the construction of Chengdu aviation hub by introducing transport capacity, opening up new routes, improving transit service capacity and building the "Beijing-Chengdu Express Line", which enables Air China to have the capacity of domestic and international combined transport, flight connection and network service beyond its counterparts in Chengdu and even southwest China.
Build a favorable network
Connect all over the world
On June 14, an Airbus A32 1 new plane from Hamburg, Germany, arrived in Chengdu and joined the fleet of Air China Southwest Branch to increase the capacity for the upcoming aviation peak season. In order to improve the network construction, Southwest Branch spared no expense to speed up the model update, and established the largest Airbus A3 19 plateau fleet in western civil aviation within three years. From last year to May this year, all six Boeing 737-600 aircraft in service for nearly nine years were cancelled. At present, Air China Southwest Branch has 57 large and medium-sized advanced passenger aircraft, including 6 Airbus A340 wide-body long-range passenger aircraft, 4 Airbus A330 wide-body long-range passenger aircraft, 7 Airbus A32 1 new aircraft, 18 Airbus A3 19 aircraft, 13 Boeing 757 aircraft and 9 Boeing 737-37 aircraft.
With the input of new capacity, Air China Southwest Branch has stepped up its efforts to open up routes. On March 30th, Southwest Boeing 757 successfully launched its first flight from Chengdu to Karachi, which was the first international flight from Chengdu to Pakistan and the first direct flight to South Asia, and built a convenient air bridge to strengthen economic, trade and cultural exchanges between southwest China and Pakistan. Over the past six months, Air China has successively opened and resumed direct flights from Chengdu to Xishuangbanna, Chengdu to Wuxi, Chengdu to Zhangjiajie and Chengdu to Hefei to Seoul, and increased flights from Chengdu to Urumqi, Xining, Shenzhen and Zhengzhou.
On this basis, Southwest Branch has improved the service manual for transit passengers, established the information system for transit passengers, set up two transit counters at the C-corridor of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport and the long-distance airport, revised and improved the international-to-domestic transit process, opened the international-to-domestic transit arrival hall, vigorously promoted the whole boarding and connecting service with the advantages of "one ticket to the end" and "luggage direct hanging", shortened the transit time and strived to improve Air China's transit service capacity at Chengdu Airport. At present, 29 through boarding terminals have been opened, and the through boarding rate of Chengdu transit passengers has reached 73%, and the shortest connecting time of flights is 60 minutes, which provides great convenience for passengers to travel.
At present, there are 86 routes operated by Air China Southwest Branch, and Chengdu is open to 52 domestic, regional and overseas cities, including 6 international routes from Chengdu to Singapore, Tokyo, Osaka, Kathmandu, Seoul and Karachi, and 6 international routes from Chengdu to Frankfurt, London, Vancouver, new york, San Francisco and Los Angeles via Beijing, with a total of 34 12 flights per week, providing 20 passengers per week.

Create "Jing Rong Express"
Enhance the business travel experience.
On April 28th, Air China made great progress in the construction of Chengdu aviation network. Air China Headquarters and Southwest Branch jointly launched the Chengdu-Beijing round-trip route "Air China Express", which brought convenient and fast travel experience to passengers, especially business travelers.
Air China Jing Rong Express runs every hour at 8:00-2 1:00 every day. Express flights leave Beijing and Chengdu on the hour. There are 15 one-way flights every day, and 30 round-trip flights provide more than 5,000 round-trip seats. Passengers can purchase tickets directly at the airport and buy economy classes such as Y, B, M, H and K on Air China Express without consulting the flight schedule.
Air China Southwest Branch provides exclusive service area for Chengdu Express passengers. Check-in counters No.8, No.9 and 10 on the south side of the departure hall of the airport are set as exclusive check-in counters for express lines, and check-in counters No.6 and No.7 are used as backup counters. The special waiting area and boarding gate of Express Line are located in Corridor C of Shuangliu Airport, and all luggage of incoming Express Line flights are picked up at baggage carousel 1 ... The Beijing-Chengdu Express Line is mainly operated by Airbus A330 wide-body aircraft and Airbus A32 1 new aircraft, including two Airbus A32 1 painted aircraft, with high comfort and advanced equipment in first class and business class. In order to facilitate Chengdu-Chongqing passengers to flexibly adjust their itinerary, passengers who purchase economy class tickets Y, B, M and H from Air China Beijing to Chengdu-Chongqing can make a free transit between Chengdu and Chongqing, and passengers can conveniently go through the transit procedures at airports in Beijing, Chengdu and Chongqing.
Since it was put into operation for one month, Air China Jing Rong Express has carried out 478 flights, with a bridge berthing rate of 67%, which is 10 percentage point higher than the average bridge berthing rate in Chengdu. The air service satisfaction rate is 85%, and the ground service satisfaction rate is 8 1%, which has been recognized by passengers.
Building Chengdu Aviation Hub
Serve regional economic development.
Air China actively responded to the call of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to "build a comprehensive transportation hub in the west and accelerate the construction of a highland for economic development in the west", gave full play to Beijing's hub construction experience, and actively promoted the construction of Chengdu's aviation hub with the help of national aviation. On May 26th, Chengdu Municipal People's Government, Air China and Sichuan Airport Group Corporation formally signed the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in Chengdu Aviation Hub Construction, and it is planned to build Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport into the first aviation hub in central and western China and the fourth largest aviation hub in China in five years. It is the first time in China that local governments have signed cooperation agreements with airlines and airports for the construction of aviation hubs.
Air China set up a leading group for Chengdu hub construction, with Zhang Lan, vice president, as the leader and Shi Bo, general manager of Southwest Branch as the deputy leader, and formulated the project plan for Air China's Chengdu hub construction. Chengdu will be cultivated and built into the second aviation hub after Beijing, and Air China Southwest Branch will become bigger and stronger. We will actively promote the improvement of aircraft matching, increase international and domestic destinations, enhance the connection function, build high-frequency flights from Chengdu to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and vigorously develop the feeder routes of the three major hub destinations. It is estimated that by 20 15, the number of Air China's aircraft in Chengdu hub will increase to 100, and the number of Chengdu originating routes will increase to 87. Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport will be built into a main destination terminal for China to the southwest and a transit hub for northwest China to South China, South Asia, West Asia and Southeast Asia to Europe via Chengdu.
Air China Southwest Branch will always bear in mind the responsibility of serving the local economy, fully promote the construction of Chengdu hub route network, and provide aviation power support for post-disaster reconstruction and economic take-off in Sichuan and Chengdu.
