Yangzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) was established in July 1983, and implemented the management system of two brands and one team. Under the dual leadership of Jiangsu Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (company) and Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, mainly led by the Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (company), it undertakes the dual functions of tobacco monopoly administration and cigarette wholesale operation within its jurisdiction. The municipal bureau (company) has a department 13, and has five county-level bureaus (branches) under its jurisdiction: Baoying, Gaoyou, Jiangdu, Hanjiang and Yizheng.
