You must have connections to practice in a bank in China. I started my internship as soon as I arrived at the bank, and China Company didn't need an interview. Foreign banks need interviews, exams and procedures, which are no different from recruiting a new employee.

Studying in a Chinese bank is just to see. You won't be allowed to do substantive business, and of course you won't be given money. I only gave you a meal card when I was an intern. However, the internship is not to make money. You can learn a lot by reading more and asking more Chinese banks.

Foreign banks will treat interns as employees, assign you a lot of jobs, and do different jobs according to different departments, but they usually start from the basics. In foreign banks, more is training. Foreign banks will formally sign an internship contract with you, and there will also be a salary system for interns. When I was an intern, the commercial bank gave me 1000, and the investment bank gave me more than 4300.

Graduation from internship is different. After signing a tripartite agreement with the bank, some banks will ask for internships, while others will not, so they should apply for it themselves. This application is much simpler, but the performance of the internship will be related to the future work, so do well.
