Related to the legal incident, the Civil Aviation Administration of China later decided to investigate the return flight and sent an investigation team. On April 7, the investigation team made it clear that there were human factors in the return flight, and the investigation team also denied that the return flight was caused by the weather. At the same time, some experts from CCTV and the Central Meteorological Observatory also refuted that the return flight was due to the weather. At the same time, in recent days, the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the investigation team of China Eastern Airlines are trying their best to find the organizer, the so-called "leader", and said that once found out, the relevant organizers and leaders will be banned from flying for life or seriously dealt with. As of today, especially this afternoon, it has been reported on the Internet that some lawyers in Guangdong suggested to media reporters that the pilots suspected of returning to the air should be investigated for criminal responsibility. I specially invited the media to organize this seminar today because I noticed a problem when I was paying attention to this matter recently, that is, everyone paid too much attention to this matter in an irrational and non-legal level, while there was relatively little real rational and legal analysis. The purpose of law, especially criminal law, is to punish crimes and warn society. What is the nature of this pilot's return flight? Should it be adjusted by the company's internal rules and regulations, or should it be administratively handled by the industry management agency of the Civil Aviation Administration, or should it bear legal responsibility at the legal level?
