The domestic talent recruitment website Yingcai Network launched a survey "Where do people feel happy in the workplace?" The results showed that more than 70% of people in the workplace have experienced happiness, and nearly 30% of people think that in the workplace they feel happy. Public institutions have high levels of happiness. From the perspective of the overall environment, 83% of people believe that happiness is related to the city where they live. Health, family, and interpersonal relationships are the main criteria for measuring happiness in the workplace.

Among the respondents in this survey, 51% were men and 49% were women. Among them, 8% have just graduated, 11% have worked for 1-2 years, 26% have worked for 3-5 years, and 55% have worked for more than 5 years.

Over 70% of working people have experienced happiness

"Are you happy?" This simple question has been complained by countless netizens. In this day and age, happiness seems to have been stolen. What will it be like in the workplace? According to the statistical results of the question "Have you ever felt happy in the workplace?", 18% of people have it often, 55% of people have it occasionally, 8% of people are not sure, and the remaining 19% " Hahaha". Who is happier, men or women, in the workplace?

According to the survey results of the question "Which do you think has the highest happiness among women or men in the workplace?", 11% chose women, 28% chose men, and half of them chose each. 13% said they had a hard time choosing, and 48% said it was hard to say. (See Figure 2)

From the perspective of Maslow’s needs theory, there is no difference in workplace happiness between men and women, and both are based on material and spiritual needs. Male employees will pay more attention to career development space and other factors while achieving a certain foundation, while women must find a balance among different identities. From the perspective of achieving happiness alone, women are more emotional than men and are more likely to achieve career happiness.

Nearly 30% of adults think that they will have a higher level of happiness working in public institutions

According to the statistical results of the question "What type of enterprise do you think you will have a high level of happiness working in?", the choice of state-owned enterprises is , 25% choose central enterprises, 29% choose public institutions, 17% choose foreign companies, 6% choose foreign joint ventures, 15% choose private companies, and the remaining 8% choose others. (See Figure 3)

83% of people believe that happiness is related to the city where you live

“Do you think happiness is related to the city where you live?” More than 80% of people chose this , 13% did not, and 4% were unsure. (See Figure 4)

Judging from the relationship between happiness and cities chosen by everyone, 83% of people think there is a relationship. The fast pace of life, high consumption, job competition and pressure, housing difficulties, traffic congestion, high education expenses, poor air quality, etc. will all reduce people's happiness and bring negative emotions to work and life.

It is understood that the "2015 China's happiest cities" include Chengdu, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Changchun, Changsha, Suzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.

Among them, in the list of "Top Five Happiness of Each Indicator", "Housing Happiness", "Transportation Happiness", and "Weather Happiness" rank first in Chengdu; "Medical Happiness" ranks first The first place is Shanghai; the first place in "education happiness" is Beijing.
