However, although Evergrande Group is the major shareholder of Evergrande Life Insurance, Evergrande Life Insurance operates independently, with an independent legal entity, an independent balance sheet and management system. Therefore, the financial situation of Evergrande Group has relatively little influence on Evergrande Life Insurance.
