Article 5 Salary

Article 6 Termination of Agreement

1. During the probation period, the employee is incompetent for the post;

article 7 liability for breach of contract

if either party violates the provisions of this agreement without reason and causes losses or damages to the other party, it shall be liable for compensation according to the relevant provisions of the state and Anqing city.

article 9. drivers who drive under the influence of alcohol or use cars privately shall bear all the consequences of violations or traffic accidents, and shall be given administrative penalties.

article 1. drivers must obey the traffic rules, drive in a civilized manner, and are not allowed to drive dangerously (including high speed, rear-end collision, lane contention, racing, etc.). If the driver thinks that the instructions of others, including company leaders, cannot be fulfilled, he can raise objections and request to change the instructions. Article 11. Handling of fines and deduction of driver's license points due to violation of regulations or incomplete documents:

B. In case of violation of regulations for more than 2 times a year, Party B shall bear all the fines and penalty points for the third or more violations.

article 12. when the company uses the car, it should leave the car on time and not be late. After driving, make a driving record as required, and record the driving time, mileage and starting place in detail, and submit the driving record to the management personnel for review and signature the next day.

article 13. if the driver is not dispatched during working hours, he shall obey other work arrangements of the management personnel. When you come back from driving, you should report to the management immediately.

article 14. drivers should unconditionally obey the work arrangements of management personnel, and are not allowed to delay or refuse to drive under an excuse. If you have any opinions on the work arrangement, you can report it to the superior leaders afterwards.

article 15. if the driver cannot return on time when he is out on duty, he should try to inform the management in time and explain the reasons.

article 16. drivers must carry their mobile phones with them. Calls to company leaders or managers should be answered immediately. If you really can't answer in special circumstances, you must explain the reasons afterwards.

Article 17. Drivers shall not give their vehicles to others to drive without the approval of the leaders; If the company leader approves to hand over the car to another driver, the driver concerned shall be responsible for checking whether the borrower has legal driving qualifications (including the validity period of the driver's license, the model and the authenticity of the driver's license); It is strictly forbidden to hand over the vehicle to unlicensed personnel to drive or practice driving; No one is allowed to use the company's vehicles to learn to drive.

article 18. expense reimbursement: drivers' business expenses (parking fees, tolls, refueling) must be reimbursed with official and valid vouchers, which can only be reimbursed after the drivers collate and paste the reimbursement vouchers and submit them to the financial audit.

article 19. in case of violation of the above provisions of the management regulations or improper maintenance of vehicles, a verbal warning, two or more written warnings, three or more demerits and a penalty of 1-2 yuan will be imposed.

Article 2. The company will reward 1 yuan/year if there is no safety accident during the whole year, the vehicle is well maintained, the working attitude is serious and responsible, and the performance is good.

article 22. the matters not covered in this agreement shall be based on the relevant system formulated by the company, and the driver must abide by it.

article 23, execution and dissolution of the agreement. After the signing of the employment agreement, both parties must fully perform their obligations stipulated in the agreement, and neither party may change the contract without authorization.
