Article 6 Termination of Agreement

article 7 liability for breach of contract

article 12. when the company uses the car, it should leave the car on time and not be late. After driving, make a driving record as required, and record the driving time, mileage and starting place in detail, and submit the driving record to the management personnel for review and signature the next day.

article 13. if the driver is not dispatched during working hours, he shall obey other work arrangements of the management personnel. When you come back from driving, you should report to the management immediately.

article 14. drivers should unconditionally obey the work arrangements of management personnel, and are not allowed to delay or refuse to drive under an excuse. If you have any opinions on the work arrangement, you can report it to the superior leaders afterwards.

article 15. if the driver cannot return on time when he is out on duty, he should try to inform the management in time and explain the reasons.
