Who will be easily let go by the interviewer in the workplace?

I have been recruiting people for the new company recently, and the company interviewed many people before. Although not HR, I have accumulated some interview experience. Generally speaking, the following four kinds of people are easy to be impersonated.

1. People unfamiliar with business

For company recruitment, the first requirement is definitely ability. Without professional ability, it is useless to talk about anything, so if you fail this test, you will basically miss this company. Many people go to the interview with luck and go without analyzing the job requirements of the other party. There is a great possibility of failure. Therefore, it is suggested that before the interview, you should make a matching analysis of your ability and the requirements of the other party. If possible, you can go. If the disparity is too big, you can give up and save a trip in vain. Time cost is also a cost.

2. People in a bad mood

Generally, interviewers are full of emotions, but a few people are particularly depressed. I met such a guy. Once I interviewed him, his hair was very long and he felt that he hadn't washed it for a long time. Maybe it's his style. There was no expression on his face, and it was cloudy that day. I felt gloomy sitting opposite him. I didn't say much. Basically, I asked him a question, and he gave a short answer. Just two or three sentences, the atmosphere was once very embarrassing. My idea at that time was to end it quickly. After only talking for about ten minutes, I sent him away. Before going to the interview, it is recommended to take a bath, wash your hair and put on clean clothes. The whole person's aura will be different.

3. a stingy person

The so-called haggle over every ounce means asking a lot of benefits, not that you shouldn't ask, but that the timing is wrong. When HR talks about salary, it is right for you to talk about it again. If you talk about this at the beginning of the interview, it will leave a bad impression on the interviewer and label you as a speculator.

4. People who are unprepared

People who are not prepared only bring individuals, and some positions need case works, such as designers and copywriters. It is best to print out your work or put it on a cloud disk before the interview, and you can open it at any time. Don't wait for someone to show you your work, just say it's on your home computer.
