2023 Hainan Wenchang institution qualification examination materials (1)

The interviewer shall provide the following materials and go to the designated place for review within the specified time:

1. Registration Form for Open Recruiters of Institutions in Hainan Province in 2023 (printed on the login system) and1admission ticket;

2. Original and photocopy of the household registration book 1 copy.

3. Original and photocopy of ID card 1 copy.

4. If the post requires academic qualifications, provide a copy of 1 diploma and the original and copy of the degree certificate.

5. If the post requires professional and technical qualifications, professional qualifications, etc. , provide relevant certificates, originals and copies 1 copy.

6. Applicants who have returned from studying abroad and obtained academic degrees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are also required to produce the original and photocopy of the educational department's academic credentials, 1 copy.

7. Graduates in 2023 are required to provide the graduation certificate (original) issued by the school before August 3, 2023/KLOC-0.

8. On-the-job personnel must provide the original proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam (with official seal); On-the-job primary and secondary school teachers and health system personnel must provide the original certificate of consent to enter the examination issued by their unit and the municipal and county-level education department or the municipal and county-level health department (with official seal); Directional students and entrusted students must show the original certificate (official seal) that the directional or entrusted training unit and the competent department agree to apply for the exam. The above proof of agreeing to take the exam must be obtained before the registration date.
