Some do not require a written test or an impromptu speech, but a one-minute self-introduction. Introducing yourself is not difficult, just prepare in advance. Impromptu speeches are actually fine as long as you don't go too far. The most important thing here is to test your ability to react temporarily and organize your language. You must not remain silent for a long time. I remember that one person above spoke less than five sentences in one minute, and the result was naturally... Remember, don't be so nervous that you can't speak. It's basically okay to relax.

Forgot to mention the written test. It’s nothing, just fill in some basic information, and then there are multiple-choice questions about personality and the like. This level has also been blocked. I'm sorry that I don't know the reason, so I can't provide you with any reference advice.

Leaderless group discussion is actually very simple. You have to express your own opinions and listen to the opinions of others at the same time. If you don't talk much, you're basically out of luck. I had the honor to serve as a representative of the group and present the group's views. If you have the leadership ability to synthesize everyone's opinions, you can give it a try. Otherwise, don't push yourself to the point of harming yourself and your team members.

In the puzzle session, today we eliminated the two groups with the lowest scores. You can search for specific details. This needs to be coordinated with other groups. I forgot to mention that in this session, each group has basically 2-3 people.

One-to-one interview. It is basically a big problem to get into this section, and the questions asked are not difficult. You can ask the people who went in first, basically there is no big problem. However, many people will give up at this time because the working conditions are not very good. This is the time for you to choose him. It is fair.

Pay attention to a few issues: Don’t be late! Remember! Don't get distracted or anything like that, just listen attentively, even if you're just pretending.
