At that time, the company said it was good to control whether to eat or not. When I went there, I found that I was cheated. There was no dormitory at all. There is a concierge at the door to serve as our temporary dormitory. There are only some cribs in it, and there is nothing. We also brought school bedding when we went. They are all poor students with little money and can't afford to rent a house. So we have to make do first.

Working hours are administrative classes, but actually they are from 8 am to 8 pm every day, followed by lunch. Most of the winter peak season is overtime until ten o'clock, and there is no overtime pay. In the first three months, our internship was paid, with only a living allowance of 600 yuan and nothing else.

After three months of hard work, I became a full-time employee, and the highest monthly salary was about 1500. Because wages are calculated by piece, each packaging machine is good or bad, and the difference is particularly great. Machines that break down regularly must be new employees, with low efficiency and output and low wages. But the old staff is around 2000!

As far as I am concerned, the company seems to have no welfare benefits. During the Chinese New Year, only 500 yuan shopping cards were given to everyone. At that time, with Xi 'an's lowest consumption standard, earning that little money was only enough to support myself, and I could only eat the big stove rice in the canteen every day, so my life was particularly tight.

The students who went in with me left intermittently, but I persisted with another student for more than a year and less than two years, and finally jumped out of that slot. Because the salary is really poor, it is not easy to go to work at all, and the pay is not proportional to the return. I can't hold on any longer, so I choose to leave.
