IPMP is the abbreviation of international project management professionals. It is divided into four grades: Grade A, Grade B, Grade C and Grade D, and each grade is awarded with different certificates, as shown in the following table:

IPMA class a certificate is an internationally registered project director.

Project management professionals who have obtained this level of certification have the ability to guide a company (or a branch) in complex planning including many projects, manage all the projects of the organization, or manage a complex project of international cooperation.

IPMA class b certificate is a registered senior project manager.

Project management professionals who have obtained this level of certification can manage large and complex projects or manage an international cooperation project.

IPMA class c certificate is a registered project manager.

Project management professionals who have obtained this level of certification can manage general complex projects or assist senior project managers in their projects.

IPMA D certificate is a certified project management assistant.

The project manager who has obtained this level of certification has the basic knowledge of project management and can apply it to some fields.

The difference between IPMA CP certificate and IPMA CS certificate

1, IPMA-CP, an international senior human resource manager, focuses on the understanding, mastery and application of the applicant's overall knowledge, skills and experience in the field of human resource management, including six areas: organizational construction and human resource planning, employee/labor relations, recruitment and employment, performance appraisal, training and personnel development.

2.IPMA-CS, an international senior human resource management expert, requires candidates to have deep attainments in one of the following knowledge fields: organizational construction and human resource planning, employee/labor relations, recruitment and employment, performance appraisal, training and personnel development.
