Development course of Shenzhen Xingya General Aviation Co., Ltd.

On 20111February, Xingya Airlines obtained the notice of approval of the Central South Administration of Civil Aviation. On July 20 12, Xingya Airlines passed the industrial and commercial registration of Shenzhen Administration for Industry and Commerce. The main operation base of Xingya Airlines is located in Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, with helicopters as the main carrier, and it carries out inter-city (same city) three-dimensional manned flight, air tour, flight license training, helicopter custody, chartered flight and other services.

The strategic reorganization of Xingya Airlines and SinoJet, a full-service business jet company in Hong Kong, will realize the resource sharing and service upgrade of both parties. Xingya Airlines will quickly gain management and service experience in operating business jets and expand the emerging business jet market in China. At the same time, it also provides convenience for foreign registered aircraft operated by SinoJet to fly to small and medium-sized non-open airports in China, and provides helicopter flight services for its mainland business jet customers.

At Zhuhai Air Show, Shenzhen Xingya Airlines signed an order for the first BELL407GX helicopter produced by Bell Helicopter Company of the United States.
