Nineteenth blood stations in the city center and the central blood bank in Yiyuan County must ensure the use of blood for clinical treatment. People's governments at all levels should make every effort to organize blood sources and ensure that blood is used for rescue when a large amount of blood is needed for major disasters and accidents. Twentieth medical institutions can only use the blood provided by the blood bank in the city center and the blood bank in Yiyuan County. Blood for clinical use shall be declared to the blood station (blood bank) every year. Twenty-first medical institutions should strictly implement the technical specifications and operating procedures of blood transfusion to ensure the safety of clinical blood use. Twenty-second medical institutions should actively promote component blood transfusion in accordance with state regulations, so as to make rational and scientific use of blood.
