Balihe Scenic Area is the only national AAAAA-level scenic spot in Anhui Province, which is roughly divided into five scenic spots: Bird Forest, West Area, East Area, Twelve Flowers Island and Ming and Qing Garden, and is known as the first farm park in the world. Recently, however, the epidemic situation in China has become more serious. In order to ensure the health and safety of tourists, Balihe Scenic Area has also taken countermeasures to strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in scenic spots. Notification of epidemic prevention and control

First, plan carefully in advance to ensure the reasonable deployment of police force.

Firmly establish the overall awareness of "safety is the lifeline of tourism" and adhere to the principle of "people-oriented, prevention-oriented, rapid response and linkage management". The Party Committee of Yingshang County Public Security Bureau held a special meeting before the holiday security, and convened security work meetings of public security, traffic control, criminal investigation and Balihe police station to clarify the responsibilities of various police types, implement the responsibilities at different levels and take effective measures to ensure the safety of scenic spots during the holiday.

According to the principle of territorial management and the established plan, the Balihe Police Station conducts on-the-spot inspection on the road sections entering and leaving the scenic spot, such as the three-story tower, the seven-story tower and Nanhu Avenue, and reasonably arranges the road police force on the road sections and sections prone to congestion by increasing the police force and configuring signs. At the same time, conduct on-site inspections of key scenic spots and important parts of scenic spots, and arrange security police forces in advance according to the passenger flow situation in previous years, and tilt them appropriately to ensure the smoothness and safety of key parts of scenic spots during holidays.

Two, strengthen organizational leadership, clear responsibilities and tasks.

A scenic spot security command group was established, located in the monitoring room of the tourist reception center of the scenic spot, with the director of the police station as the commander. He stayed in the video surveillance room of the scenic spot, kept real-time online contact with traffic police, police stations and traffic police soldiers, dispatched police forces to divert traffic and people flow throughout the scenic spot, and organized police forces to deal with traffic jams and emergencies found in time.

The command group consists of traffic support group, scenic area support group, safety hidden danger inspection group, mobile emergency group, logistics support group and case investigation group. Under the unified leadership of the command group, each working group is specifically responsible for implementing various tasks within their respective responsibilities. Take this year's National Day security as an example. Yingshang County Public Security Bureau dispatches 42 traffic control brigades (12 soldiers), 12 special patrol officers, 30 police assistants and 5 criminal investigation brigades every day, which are uniformly dispatched and used by Balihe Police Station. The police perform their duties according to the deployment, and the traffic control brigade is responsible for diverting the traffic and passenger flow in and out of the scenic spot; Special patrol officers and police stations are on duty at designated points to guide tourists to enter in an orderly manner. Among them, a group of police forces are deployed to take charge of patrol prevention and control in the park, so as to improve the rate of seeing police and handling affairs. In places where people are uneasy, such as soft bridges, glass plank roads, one-step bridges and other congestion points, police forces will be stationed at the entrances and exits to promptly guide them. Once the passenger flow reaches the upper limit, the river closure will be restricted immediately.

At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth exit of the police, the Balihe police station has a special person on duty to receive the police. Once there is an alarm, the first group of personnel on duty in the scenic spot will go to the police in advance, and all the police situations outside the park will be handled by the second group of police on duty in the three-story tower to ensure that they can arrive at the scene as soon as possible and minimize losses and influences.

Third, strengthen pre-holiday inspection and strengthen epidemic prevention and control.

In view of the whole scenic spot and the roads around the scenic spot, the police of the traffic control brigade are on duty in the areas from the third floor tower to the seventh floor tower, the seventh floor tower turntable to the entrance and exit of the scenic spot, Nanhu Avenue, etc., taking effective traffic diversion measures, reasonably arranging police to divert vehicles, ensuring safe and smooth roads during holidays, and keeping in touch with the command group at any time when vehicles are saturated to intercept and persuade vehicles. The police station set up police forces from the three-story tower to the scenic spot and Yingban intersection, focusing on guiding tricycles to bypass and prohibiting tricycles from entering the scenic spot to avoid congestion caused by U-turns and passengers after entering the scenic spot.

Fifth, strengthen the handling of cases and show a good image.

In order to ensure that the current cases can be handled quickly and effectively during the holiday public security period, Yingshang County Public Security Bureau dispatched a group of police officers from the Criminal Investigation Brigade to handle all kinds of public security criminal cases during the holiday period, and timely investigated and obtained evidence from all kinds of public security criminal cases in scenic spots and Balihe Town, so as to digest and handle the cases to the maximum extent, avoid mass incidents or letters and visits cases caused by untimely handling and incomplete evidence collection, and prevent cases from being negatively publicized by public opinion and affecting the image of public security organs and scenic spots.

At the same time, in order to solve various problems of tourists in the process of playing, a patrol prevention and control mobile group was set up to help solve the difficulties of tourists together with the staff of the scenic spot. Take this year's National Day holiday security as an example.
