Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) Political conditions. Candidates should meet the political conditions for citizens to serve in active service, among which graduates from ordinary colleges and universities should meet the political conditions for the army to receive graduates from ordinary colleges and universities; Those who belong to social floating talents should meet the political conditions of conscription.

(2) education. Applicants should have a full-time undergraduate degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities, and those who apply for professional and technical positions such as teaching, scientific research, engineering and medical care should also have corresponding qualifications; Those who apply for professional and technical positions in nursing, art and sports are relaxed to junior college.

(3) qualifications. Applicants should have the professional and technical qualifications and professional qualifications required by the recruitment position. However, graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with master's degree or below apply for junior professional and technical posts, and graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with doctor's degree apply for junior and intermediate professional and technical posts, and they are not required to have corresponding professional and technical qualifications and professional qualifications when applying.

(4) physical condition. Candidates should meet the physical conditions for the military to receive physical examinations from graduates of ordinary colleges and universities.

(5) age conditions. Those who apply for junior professional and technical positions or ten or nine-level staff positions are not over 35 years old; Those who apply for intermediate professional and technical positions or positions of staff at Grade 8, Grade 7, Grade 6 and Grade 5 shall be no more than 40 years old; Those who apply for senior professional and technical positions or four, three, two and one-level staff positions shall not be over 45 years old.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Publish recruitment information. The cadre department of the General Political Department released the recruitment information of civilian personnel of the whole army in 20 14 to the public through the China People's Liberation Army Professional and Technical Talents Network (website:, hereinafter referred to as Military Talents Network) at 8: 00 on 20 19/0.

(2) Registration and preliminary examination. Candidates register through the military talent network according to the published civilian recruitment information, fill in personal information according to the registration process and requirements, and choose the employer, recruitment position and examination place. The registration system of military talent network automatically conducts a preliminary examination of the information filled in by candidates to confirm whether it meets the recruitment conditions. Applicants can pay the registration fee online immediately or before the registration deadline, and each subject is 35 yuan RMB. Registration is only valid if the applicant pays the fee successfully and prints out the registration receipt.

(3) recruitment examination. Candidates can print the admission ticket through the military talent network from February 5, 20 13 to February 4, 20 13, and take the conscription examination organized by the whole army at the designated time and place with the admission ticket.

(4) physical examination. Physical examination is conducted in military medical institutions, and the expenses are borne by the employer.

(9) examination and approval. After the expiration of the publicity period, if no objection is raised or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employing unit shall put forward employment opinions and go through the employment approval procedures in accordance with the prescribed employment approval authority and procedures. If the problems affecting employment are true, they will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems that affect employment at the moment, it is necessary to verify and make a conclusion before deciding whether to hire.

(10) signing an employment contract. The employing unit shall sign a civilian employment contract with the approved candidate before the end of July, 20 14, and the contract period shall be calculated from August, 1 year.
