2023 Fujian Second Construction Engineer Application Requirements

Those who comply with national laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions can apply to participate in the Second-level Construction Engineer Qualification Examination:

(1) Those who have obtained a secondary college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for two years or more can apply to take the three-subject examination of the second-level construction engineer.

(2) Obtain the second-level construction project manager qualification or above certificate, meet the registration requirements and meet one of the following conditions to be exempted from taking the corresponding subjects:

(1) Obtain the second-level project Those who have a manager qualification certificate and have an intermediate or above technical title, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years or more, are exempt from the "Construction Project Management" exam.

(2) Those who have obtained the first-level project manager qualification certificate and have intermediate or above technical titles; or have obtained the first-level project manager qualification certificate and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years or more will be exempted from the "Construction Engineering "Construction Management" and "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" exams.

(3) Persons who have obtained the second-level construction engineer qualification in a certain profession can choose another exam in the subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" based on actual work needs. After passing the examination, the corresponding professional qualification certificate will be issued. First-time applicants need to provide the following materials

(1) The original and copy of the corresponding academic certificate;

(2) The original and copy of my ID card (or military officer's ID card);

(3) Valid proof of business work (fill in the "Unit Comments" column of the registration form and stamp it with the official seal);

(4) Two recent 1-inch bare-headed photos with the same background and one 2-inch bare-headed photo with the same background (pasted in the designated position on the registration form);

(5) Second-level construction of the year filled in truthfully Teacher Qualification Examination Registration Form (New Candidates);

(6) Provincial Personnel Examination Registration Information Card filled out truthfully;
