China can produce five-axis CNC milling machines. But most of them are machine tools, and the assembly mode of A, C axes and high-speed spindles is bought from abroad. Their research and development ability is low, and they fail to touch on key technologies and the real needs of customers. The key servo system and drive system are basically purchased from foreign brands, lacking the ability of adjustment and improvement of five-axis machine tools. Although there are a large number of domestic CNC systems and five-axis linkage CNC systems in Central China, they still lack stability and accuracy. What is more gratifying is that at present, Dalian Deke has sprung up everywhere, exporting its five-axis machining center to Germany and Japan. Machine tool bed, servo system and drive system are all developed and produced in China, which adds a lot of brilliance to China manufacturing. Generally speaking, the level of five-axis linkage in China is still in a relatively backward state, but with the continuous development of state investment and private capital, the overall level is steadily improving. Five-axis CNC machine tool system has a decisive influence on a country's aviation, aerospace, military, scientific research, precision instruments, high-precision medical equipment and other industries.
