3. Basic conditions and registration scope for competition.

(1) Basic conditions.

4. Competition method.

5. Work Procedures

(1) Establish an open recruitment leadership group. (2) Publish announcements. (October 28-October 30, 2013)

The examiners will evaluate and determine the scores, which will account for 60% of the total score.

The content of the speech mainly focuses on introducing personal work experience and political integrity, self-evaluation, introducing the positions you are suitable for, the qualifications you have, and your work ideas for completing the job requirements;

The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive knowledge, ability to apply professional knowledge and ability to adapt to the job position being recruited. The content and method of the interview will be determined by the District Health Food and Drug Administration in accordance with relevant regulations, and the results will be calculated on a percentage system.

2. Democratic evaluation. After the competition speech, organize the cadres and employees of the unit to evaluate the candidates' morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity and their suitability for the position. The number of people participating in the democratic evaluation must reach more than 80 of the number of people on the job. The democratic assessment uses quantitative scoring. Morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity each account for a certain score. (6) Organizing inspections (November 30-December 6, 2013).

(7) Appointment Announcement (December 7-December 11, 2013). (8) Holding office.
