Where to recruit 13 year-old actors?

I'm not hiring anywhere. When the crew needs small actors, the main roles are chosen in the Children's Art Troupe. Small roles are the children of other actors or staff of the crew and will not be recruited. After you 16 years old, the crew can treat you as an ordinary actor.

Actor introduction:

(1) Performers of stage plays, movies, TV dramas, legal popularization programs, radio and drama.

(2) People who act as if they are playing a role.

(3) Performers engaged in performances.
