The main responsibilities are entrusted by the Municipal Planning Bureau, responsible for the organization and demonstration of urban and rural planning in this city, undertaking relevant planning tasks assigned by the municipal government, carrying out strategic research on urban planning management, and being responsible for the planning and planning of commercial land in Jinan. 2. Jinan Urban Planning Consulting Service Center. Established in 1993, affiliated to Jinan Planning Bureau, it is the first batch of Grade A qualification units for urban planning technical services in Shandong Province. At present, there are more than 40 employees, who are mainly responsible for Jinan's construction information consultation, urban planning technical services, standard formulation, collection and release of urban spatial information, and the construction, maintenance and management of urban planning information systems and office automation systems.
