Special posts are recruited by Shaanxi Province, and the announcement of the recruitment examination for teachers in Shaanxi Special Posts on 20 16 is expected to be released around March and April. According to the recruitment information of 20 15 special post, the recruitment plan and announcement arrangement are expected to be released in March and April, registered in May, written in June, and the interview time arranged by cities and counties in July is not uniform.

I. Scope of Implementation and Recruitment Scale

1. Scope of implementation: The counties (districts) that implement the special post plan must be those with overall shortage of teachers and prominent structural contradictions. Since 20 15, the county schools in the special post planning counties (districts) are no longer listed as schools set up by the central special post planning, and no special post teachers are added. See annex 1 for the list of counties (districts) that implemented the special post plan in our province in 20 15.

2. Recruitment scale: In 20 15, it is planned to openly recruit more than 2,800 special post teachers from college graduates and qualified social workers to teach in remote rural schools.

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

1. Recruitment target: Full-time college graduates or graduate students are the main ones, and 20 15 full-time college graduates in normal schools can also be recruited appropriately. Other junior college degrees, adult higher education degrees and party school degrees are not accepted.

2. Recruitment conditions: (1) Hold the corresponding primary and secondary school teacher qualification certificate or the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers issued by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education; Or the transcripts of the basic theoretical knowledge examination of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification education in Shaanxi Province (all four subjects are required to be qualified); Other requirements for teachers' qualifications and recruitment requirements, the majors studied and the disciplines to be taught are the same or similar in principle (all localities have their own conditions and are responsible for policy interpretation); (2) Unemployed or with the consent of my current work unit (the original consent certificate of my current work unit must be issued); (3) Not more than 30 years old (1born after July 1985, subject to the original ID card or household registration certificate); (4) Under the same conditions, local students are preferred, and small villages and teaching points are preferred.

Three. Terms and scope of service

The service period of special post teachers is tentatively set at three years. During the service period, all teachers are arranged to teach in rural schools, and they can communicate with schools in the county according to the needs of local rural education.
