In the following years, the auction of this building did not go well. This land was finally bought by a Hong Kong-owned real estate company named Long Fu for 336 million yuan, and a 30-story residential building was built.

Long Fu International, which opened in 2008, has been sold to the end, and the salesperson said that "this is only a part of the land that Yuan Hua won that year". Lai Changxing invested a lot of wealth in real estate that year. Yuan Hua covers more than 2 million square meters of land, including commercial housing development 165438+ 10,000 square meters, industry and wharf160,000 square meters, and other land 1000 square meters, occupying all the golden areas in the building.

In the heyday of wealth, Lai Changxing once built a replica building "Yuan Hua Film and Television City" in Wuxian Town in the northeast corner of Tongan District in the suburbs. There are also imitations of the Forbidden City, Min and other landscapes.
