Which province and city is Xingyi in?

Xingyi City is located in the southwest of Guizhou Province, the capital of Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. Xingyi is one of the important central cities in southwest China and the fourth largest city in Guizhou Province. It is the political, economic, cultural, scientific and educational center of southwest China and an important transportation and communication hub, industrial base and business and tourism service center of southwest China. It borders Anlong County in the east, Xilin and Longlin County in Dongyou Prefecture of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region across the river in the south, Xiaomuoping and Fuyuan County in Yunnan Province in the west, and Xingren County, Pu 'an County and Panxian County in the north. Nanpanjiang River passes through the city, which is historically a commercial distribution center and thoroughfare fortress in the adjacent areas of the three provinces. The territory is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with undulating mountains and rivers and well-developed karst landforms.
