In terms of environmental protection measures, the new technology of blast furnace dust removal is adopted, including bell-less top, axial-flow compressor AV5-14 with adjustable stator blades, closed circulation system of furnace cooling soft water, flexible transmission of sintering machine and cooler system, supporting electric dust removal (1m2 and 8m2), PLC computer control and automatic feeding. The gas dust removal system includes dry dust removal, dust removal in tapping plant, dust removal in transfer station and comprehensive utilization of gas.
