Already in place. On the morning of February 11, 2023, the new campus of Changsha Zhongya Peicui School was officially settled in Tianxin, with teacher resources in place simultaneously. The teaching staff of both campuses are all original members of Zhongya University. Two campuses have one team, unified leadership, unified planning, and unified management; two campuses have one blueprint for team building, student education, and resource sharing; two campuses have one standard and teaching is synchronized. Teachers and researchers are peers, and evaluations are based on the same standards.
