Introduction of Huaxia Happiness Foundation Management Trainee Program

This plan is also called "Huaxia Ivy League Elite Training Plan". Since 211, Huaxia Happiness Foundation has specially launched an internal training plan for management trainees. Through a series of processes, such as campus recruitment, theme activities, practice, training and development, we strive to train management trainees into a training system of elite managers with "global vision and grassroots experience" within three years through professional quality re-education.
