The Development Course of Harbin Youth Palace

Over the years, under the cordial care of leaders at all levels and the correct leadership of the Communist Youth League Committee, the Youth Palace has given full play to its position role and done a lot of fruitful ideological education and youth cultural work to cultivate cross-century talents. At the beginning of its establishment, Harbin Youth Palace has established the development direction of serving the organization of the Youth League, the youth of the League members and the society, and has extensively carried out various learning, ideological education and cultural and recreational activities that are popular among young people. It has made active efforts to cultivate youth's sentiment, enrich their knowledge and enliven their amateur cultural life, and has become the center of youth activities in the city.

Since the establishment of the Youth Palace, our older generation workers have been actively involved in this grand cause, holding various counseling lectures, special reports, experience exchanges, theoretical discussions and so on. Educate young people in revolutionary traditions, revolutionary ideals, situations, tasks and policies. A large number of activities have also been held to learn science, technology and culture. Through popular science activities, special classes have been organized to guide young people to enrich their minds with modern scientific and cultural knowledge and contribute to the cause of socialist construction. These activities have laid a good foundation for the construction and development of the Youth Palace.

Since the reform and opening up, our country has implemented the economic system reform, and our Youth Palace is also facing new opportunities and challenges. We adjusted the focus of training work in a timely manner, founded the Youth Palace Culture and Art School, and trained a large number of young children, which greatly satisfied the thirst for knowledge of the vast number of young people.

In terms of training young people and children, the Youth Palace has held free training activities of Torch Lighting June 1st since 21 in order to highlight the nature of public welfare cultural and educational positions. Free training camps for culture and art are held every winter and summer vacation; The activity of holding hands with big hands was carried out, and the children of laid-off workers can receive free training. These free trainings have benefited more than 2, children of poor and laid-off workers, and have been highly recognized by all sectors of society. In the daily training, we pay attention to the development of characteristic teaching, set up ballet figure, street dance, Korean dance, Latin dance class, electric vocal music, karaoke singing class, film and television performance and other characteristic majors, and cooperated with other off-campus educational institutions across the country to introduce Hualai super memory and fast composition education projects to enrich the extracurricular life of Harbin children. Culture and art schools combine popularization and improvement, and training and practice. After systematic training, art students recommend outstanding students to join the Youth and Children Art Troupe to participate in performances, exchanges and other activities through various forms of practical activities, so that students can fully demonstrate their professional knowledge in practice.

In terms of cultural activities of the Youth Palace, the Youth Palace independently planned and organized a number of brand activities. Group wedding activities on the ice with northern characteristics, including seven consecutive national youth artistic quality training camps and vocal music, instrumental music and dance exhibitions, five national youth language competitions for tomorrow and four national youth winter camps, provide a stage for the majority of young children to fully display their artistic talents.

Since its establishment in 1996, Harbin Youth Employment Service Center, which was placed under the Youth Palace in p>21, has held more than 64 large-scale on-site recruitment conferences, provided more than 3, people with employment consultation and intermediary services, held 426 training courses of various types, and trained nearly 2, young workers. It was jointly awarded the National Excellent Organization Award for Helping Youth Start-ups and the National Advanced Group for Training Young Migrant Workers by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Labor. It was rated as an excellent employment training center for laid-off young workers in the province by the Communist Youth League Committee and the Provincial Labor Department, and was rated as an assured employment service unit and an excellent employment agency in Harbin by the Municipal Labor Bureau.

The influential national tour report of Hongyan Soul and the report on heroic deeds of fighting floods were also held in our palace theater.
